I am a board certified Physician Assistant, Certified Life Coach and currently working towards completing my Fellowship in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine / Anti-Aging, Metabolic, and Functional Medicine through American Academy for Antiaging Medicine (A4M). I am a seasoned endurance athlete and reflect the drive in others as a spin instructor. I foster moments of arrival where struggle meats resiliency and is celebrated in sweat. With over a decade of clinical experience from internal medicine, sports medicine, to dermatology and cosmetics, I have journeyed intimately with many beautiful individuals and embody the art of integrative health with a heart forward empathetic approach which validates the human experience
I started my journey with a graduate degree in theology from Florida State University and extensive study in exercise physiology. I then graduated from Nova Southeastern University with Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and a Masters of Medical Science. I am certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Academy Antiaging and Regenerative Medicine and the Society of Dermatologic Physician Assistants. I am also a certified Psychosynthesis Life Coach and Lifestyle Educator.
I believe there is a sacred “space” at our skins edge where our spirit begins. The origin of this space expands out from our heart and functions as an important gateway into and out of the body. Our conscious and unconscious thoughts, habits stressors and struggles can sometimes threaten this “space” and weaken its interface not only with ourselves but how we deal with the outside world. Once this “space” is infiltrated too deeply or if left unrealized; it becomes susceptible to permeable toxins, illness and chronic disease, all of which compromise how we show up in the world. I am in service of that “space” and in support of the process of its healing and repair. I support first steps to wellness and believe in as many chances and opportunities a lifetime can give.
