Dr. Samuel J Hess, M.D.

As Liquivida Lounge's medical director, Dr. Hess is responsible for updating and implementing all standard operating procedures and staff training programs for Liquivida's flagship and integrated locations. Through Dr. Hess's leadership, all certified IV therapists, pharmaceutical operations, and patient processes adhere to Florida laws and regulations, including FDA, OSHA and HIPPA.
Dr. Hess is a practicing orthopedic surgeon with over 16 years of experience, and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Bayfront Health Port Charlotte and Bayfront Health Punta Gorda. He received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and is currently the medical director for the Florida Spine and Joint Institute.

Raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and now a Coconut Creek resident, Samael's entrepreneurial spirit led him to open his first company Rescue-101 at the age of 19, making it an authorized provider of CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Training courses for the Red Cross in South Florida and the YMCA since 2008.
After serving a number of years as a Licensed Firefighter & Paramedic for the City of Oakland Park, he discovered the overarching health benefits of Nutrient IV Therapy and holistic medicine through his association with Cenegenics- a global leader in age management medicine.
Since opening Liquivida Lounge in 2013, Sam has shared his vision of creating "a wellness spa for the health-conscious " in numerous publications including the South Florida Business Journal, Good News Florida and Coconut Creek Life Magazine. Now Samael is dedicated to implementing his vision with the LQV Management Team - a group of qualified executives who oversee all of the legal, marketing, public relations, and finance operations for Liquivida’s flagship stores and integrated locations.
Samael spends the majority of his time raising capital from savvy investors and establishing strategic partnerships with other local doctors and medical practitioners, in addition to working to expand the brand in new markets.
Joseph C. Wasch, Esq.
Joseph C. Wasch is a business and franchise attorney licensed to practice law in Florida, and is a partner of LQV Management. Mr. Wasch’s practice concentrates on the areas of corporate transactional law, including business structuring, entity organization and corporate governance, equity and debt financing transactions, acquisitions and sales of businesses, drafting and reviewing software and intellectual property licensing/sale and purchase contracts, franchise law and trademark matters; employment law and HR issues, business litigation, and complex commercial transactions.
In a career spanning over 35 years, Mr. Wasch has been an executive officer and general counsel to six corporations, including franchise companies, involved in such diverse industries as investment banking, healthcare, temporary staffing, real estate, and software development. In those assignments, he advised and counseled senior management and boards of directors on legal risk assessments, strategic initiatives and policies and procedures.
Mr. Wasch is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC).
Adam G. Wasch, Esq.
Mr. Wasch litigates cases in federal court, state court, arbitration and mediation. Mr. Wasch represents both franchisors and franchisees in franchise disputes, which makes up the majority of his litigation practice, but he also serves as lead trial counsel for small businesses, shareholders, consumers, and aggrieved individuals. Mr. Wasch has experience in class action litigation, RICO litigation, and trademark disputes involving state and federal intellectual property laws including the Lanham Act.
Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Wasch was a litigation associate at one of Florida’s largest law firms and successfully handled complex litigation disputes in these commercial litigation practice areas for small and large businesses including a number of aviation entities such as domestic airlines, manufacturers, maintenance facilities and their insurers. During his tenure at the firm, Mr. Wasch served on the Florida Bar Aviation Law Committee and Vice-Chair of the ABA YLD Air & Space Law Committee.
Mr. Wasch serves as fractional general counsel to startup companies. He is passionate about serving as legal partner to entrepreneurs at all stages of the life of a business. From helping a solopreneur launching an LLC to assisting an emerging business with multiple trademark filings to serving as general counsel to an international VC-funded business as they grow and continue to raise capital, Mr. Wasch has the experience to guide his clients through the legal hurdles that businesses face. Mr. Wasch serves on the management team of start up businesses and provides his clients with relevant governance and structural issues on an as-needed basis.
Before his legal career, Mr. Wasch worked in the front office of two Minor League Baseball teams. In law school, Mr. Wasch served as the managing editor of the FIU law review and founded the school’s Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Mr. Wasch’s law review article on the effect that a lack of education has had on baseball players in the Dominican Republic was published in the Texas Review of Entertainment and Sports Law in 2009, and he has been quoted in a variety of publications and other law review articles related to this topic.
Shayna Tejada, B.B.A.
Shayna Tejada is very entrepreneurial and is also co-founder of Liquivida Lounge. Shayna spearheaded the initial strategic business and financial plans of the company, helping to turn the Liquivida concept into a profitable business model very quickly. As the head of finance, Shayna touches all aspects of the business to position the company for financial stability and success. Shayna has an extensive experience in business administration, including starting and managing all of the operations for Rescue-101, another company she started early in her career with husband and business partner Samael Tejada.
Shayna holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL.
Emmanuel Trenche, M.B.A.
Emmanuel, who also sits on the board of the Liquivida Management Team, has a well-rounded corporate background and is passionate about digital marketing, innovation, B2B tech marketing, and communications. He has worked for large brands such as AT&T Latin America and Wachovia’s International Banking Unit (IBU) and corporate communications department, while later marketing cloud computing (SaaS) solutions in the B2B space.
Emmanuel was Diversity Chair for the Advertising Federation of Greater Fort Lauderdale in 2009, while working as Director of Marketing Communications at one of North America’s leading commercial print and direct mail companies, Rex Three, Inc. He also collaborated with the International Advertising Association (IAA) in New York City, contributing extensively to the strategic marketing plans of the United Nations Millennium Campaign.
In mid-2011, Emmanuel opened Duo Executive Minds, Corp. after finishing his graduate studies and began to work as a Marketing Executive Resource, helping small and medium-size companies adopt new sales and marketing automation tools to be more digital. In 2012, Emmanuel was hired to brand and build ClearCi, considered a leader in competitive intelligence before the technology was sold. In 2014, the Miami Chamber of Commerce named ClearCi Technology Leader of the Year and UpStart Cloud Computing awarded the company with Best Business Analytics Software in San Francisco.
Emmanuel earned a Masters in Business Administration from H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University and has a Bachelor of Science in communications and marketing from Florida International University in Miami, FL. His work in tech, marketing, and executive leadership has been featured in Wired, Techli, CRM Magazine, Customer Think, All Business, among other publications.
Emmanuel was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, speaks three languages, and has a weak spot for unplanned weekend excursions, exotic foods, and crisp sunny days on the beach.
