If you love to eat meat, then it might be time to take a break.  People with a Type A blood should be eating fruits and vegetables and may be predisposed for certain diseases like cancer and diabetes among others. Tropical fruits such as coconuts, papaya, bananas, and orange may irritate the stomach and cause digestive problems. Most grains that are processed, including whole wheat and multigrain, should be avoided due to irritation.

B Blood Type

People with Type B blood are usually more prone to immune-based disorders lupus and chronic fatigue which is why the diet for this blood type is more balanced and wholesome than for other blood types. It is important that people with this blood type eat a rounder meal.
